A warm, creative open studio series for the holiday season.

Join us for two Tuesday evenings and two Saturday mornings leading up to Christmas, where you can make all the handmade holiday magic your heart desires: watercolor wreaths, envelope art, gift tags, wax seals, hot foiling, and more.

Each session begins with a short demo, then you’ll enjoy two hours of guided creative time with access to all our favorite holiday art supplies. Paint a wreath, foil a card, decorate gift tags, try pointed pen or brush lettering, experiment with wax seals or do a little bit of everything. This is a no-pressure, cozy space to unwind and play.

Perfect for beginners, returning students, stationery lovers, holiday crafters, and anyone who wants to create meaningful, handmade pieces this season.

Tue, Dec 9: Watercolor Wreaths (6-8 PM)

A soft, relaxing session focused on painting simple greenery, berries, and festive wreaths. We’ll explore color mixing, brush control, and easy techniques to create holiday botanical designs you can use for cards, tags, and mini artworks.

Sat, Dec 13: Hot Foiling on Cardstock + Wax Seals (10 AM - 12 PM)

Learn how to add shimmer and texture to your holiday stationery. I’ll demo how to hot foil gold designs onto cardstock and how to make clean, beautiful wax seals with gold flakes and fun stamps. You’ll create tags, cards, and wax-sealed envelopes.

Tue, Dec 16: Envelope Addressing + Calligraphy on Place Cards & Gift Tags (6-8 PM)

A cozy lettering night! We’ll cover simple letterforms, layout tips, and embellishments for envelopes, place cards, and gift tags. Add a few flourishes and a wax seal to finish everything with a festive touch.

Sat, Dec 20: Holiday Makers’ Open Studio (10 AM - 12 PM)

A warm, relaxed creative morning where all the tools from the previous three sessions will be available: watercolor, hot foiling, wax seals, brush pens, pointed pen, envelopes, gift tags, metallic inks, and more. I’ll be there for personalized guidance, mini demos, and creative support as you make whatever your holiday heart desires.

What’s included:

All tools and supplies will be provided for use during class including watercolor, brush pens, pointed pen, metallic inks, wax seals, foiling tools, envelopes, cards, tags, and templates. You’ll get to take home any and all finished projects you create!

Join one session or come to all. Each date offers fresh demos, new ideas, and lots of creative play.

Refund Policy: This class is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least one week in advance. Rescheduling within one week of the class will incur a $25 fee. Due to high demand, cancellations can be costly for us. Thank you for your understanding.

Your ticket can be transferred to another participant for up to one week in advance of the class. Any transfers of tickets must be approved by Catherine Gunarso at hello@everlacedesignco.com
