Learn how to paint watercolor poppy, daisy, rose, peony, lavender, tulip, various leaves, and more!

In this basic watercolor floral course, we will talk about the basics of watercolor, which supplies to get, color theory and color mixing, basic leaf, and petal strokes, and basic floral composition.

I will provide a variety of watercolor supplies for you to try during the class, give product suggestions and answer any questions to help you build your own watercolor starter kit. You get to take home your finished paintings!

Class supplies that will be provided (not to take home):

- natural and synthetic blend round brushes

- 100% cotton watercolor paper

- Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolor Paints 

- QOR watercolor paints

This is an interactive class where I provide hands-on adjustments and students can ask questions at any point during the class rather than just watching me paint. If you are not comfortable with hands-on adjustments, please let me know ahead of time.
